Instructions
1. Take two lengths of Stretch Thread approximately 30cm long. Loop a knot at one end.
2. Thread the following sequence onto the two strands of stretch thread:
- 1 x Cube Bead Medium (CUB203 Black)
- 1 x Square Hollow Spacer (JF324)
- 1 x Cube Bead Medium (CUB202 Lime)
- 1 x Square Hollow Spacer (JF324)
- 1 x Cube Bead Medium (CUB202 Lime)
- 1 x Square Hollow Spacer (JF324)
- 1 x Cube Bead Medium (CUB203 Black)
- 1 x Dragonfly Connector (JF314)
3. Repeat this sequence three times (so you have four dragonfly connectors in total). Check the length of the bracelet by wrapping it around your wrist. Add or subtract beads to get the correct length. Tie the Stretch thread together securely using four knots alternating the turns each time. Slip the knot into the hollow of the last dragonfly connector.
4. Attach a selection of charms to the dragonfly connectors with jump rings making sure all charms are facing upwards. With round nose pliers, gently open the jump ring and thread it through the loop on the connector adding a charm to each ring before closing with pliers.
5. Using the Chunky Glass Beads and Glass Cubes make your own charms to dangle off the bracelet. For example thread a Chunky Bead onto a head pin and trim the excess length leaving approximately 1cm. Using round nose pliers curl the straight end of the head pin to form a loop. Attach the head pin loop to a jump ring and attach the jump ring to the stretch thread in between the cubes and the spacers. Repeat this process with a selection of Small, Medium and Large Cube Beads and Glass Discs.
6. For additional variety you can combine other Jewellery Bitz wit Glass Cubes and Discs on a head pin (e.g. thread a gold filigree ball onto a head pin, the add a large cube bead, trim excess length, then form a loop to attach to a jump ring).
This bracelet can also be made using Antique Silver Jewellery Bitz and Charms from the Ribtex Range.
