Napkin Bracelets
Requirements
Material requirements are given for both colour variations.
Amber
- 1 pack Ribtex Faux Suede Thonging in Dark Tan (ST04DT)
- 1 pack Ribtex 6mm Cats Eye Round Beads Rust (CAT205)
- 1 pack Ribtex 6mm Glass Bi-cones Amber (GB113)
- 1 pack Ribtex 8mm Funky Beads Orange (FB009)
- 1 pack Ribtex Stretch Thread Clear (ST05CL)
Lime
- 1 pack Ribtex Faux Suede Thonging in Lime (TH104)
- 1 pack Ribtex 6mm Glass Bi-cones Lime (GB116)
- 1 pack Ribtex 8mm Funky Beads Lime (FB010)
- 1 pack Ribtex 4mm Plastic Pearls Olive (PRL103)
- 1 pack Ribtex Stretch Thread Clear (ST05CL)
- Access to a pair of scissors
Instructions
1. Cut a length of stretch thread of approximately 25cms.
2. Feed beads onto cord in a pleasing manner until about 12cms of beads have been threaded onto the cord. (Adjust the length to suit your napkins).
3. Tie the thread ends. Use 4 or 5 knots to prevent thread from unravelling.
4. Feed the ends of the thread back through the last few beads on each side of the knot. Snip off excess thread.
5. Repeat the process twice more to create 3 'bracelets'.
6. Cut a length of Faux Suede Thonging to 20cms.
7. Thread a funky bead onto each end of the thonging and tie a double knot to prevent the bead falling off the cord.
8. Now tie the three 'bracelets' together with the Faux Suede cord.
9. Your napkin bracelet is complete. Now create a few more to complete your table setting.
