Antique Style Watch
Requirements
- Ribtex Antique Style Watch Face and Clasp (eg KGW104)
- 2 packets Ribtex Glass Beads (eg GB105)
- 1 packet Ribtex Jewellery Bitz Two Hole Spacers (eg CHM215)
- 1m Ribtex Non Stretch Nylon Beading Thread (JF247)
Instructions
Cut Nylon Beading Thread into two half metre pieces.
Take one length of thread and feed through the two small holes on either side of the reverse side of the watch face.
With the right side of the watch facing up thread one glass bead on either side of the thread. Making sure the pattern side of the spacer is facing up, thread one spacer through both threads.
Repeat this process until the desired length is achieved. Five spacers on each band is the average length.
Turn the watch face and clasp over (wrong side facing up) to connect the clasp to the band.
Thread both ends of thread through the two small holes in the clasp and tie a secure knot.
Pass ends of nylon thread back through your beads and spacers about half way and cut off excess thread.
Repeat these steps to complete the other side of the watch band.
