Who can purchase from Ribtex?

As we are a wholesaler, we can only sell to registered companies with a valid ABN number. We do not sell direct to the public.

How do I become a customer?

The first step to becoming a Ribtex customer is to submit a completed Account Application Form to our Customer Service Team. You can find a copy of the Account Application Form in the Buy from Ribtex section of our Website. Your Account Application can be emailed, faxed or mailed to us. All new accounts will be shipped on a payment prior to dispatch basis until credit is approved.

How long will it take to become a customer?

Once your Account Application is received, it will be processed and you will be notified of the outcome within five business days.

What are your Company Trading Terms?

Our standard Trading Terms can be found under the Buy from Ribtex section of our website.

How can I pay my account?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Bankcard and Mastercard. You can also make a direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact our Customer Service Team for details.

What is the minimum order value?

All orders need to have a minimum order value of $150.00 per order.

Will freight charges be added to my order?

Our freight charges work on a sliding scale, the more you buy the less freight you will pay! This allows you to minimize the freight charge or even eliminate it altogether.

Where can I get a copy of your Price List?

To obtain a copy of our Price List, please contact our Customer Service Team or send us a completed Account Application Form. Doing this will not place you under any obligation to buy, and a Price List will be sent as soon as your application is processed.

You can download a copy from the Ribtex Products section of our Website or if you prefer we can post a copy to you.

How can I place an order?

You can fax your orders to us on +61 3 8793 5050 or +61 3 8610 1972 or email the orders to sales@ribtex.com.au. Some of our larger customers transmit their orders to us electronically using EDI technology. Please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss your options.

What is the turn around time on orders?

We aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
