Online Trading

As we are a Wholesaler we can only sell to a registered business (e.g. with a valid business registration or an ABN).

If you would like to trade with us online, please click here to complete the Online Application Form.  Once your account has been opened we will email you a Username and Password so that you can purchase via the website.  Secure payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa.

Orders are generally picked and dispatched within 2 working days of your order being received.

There is no minimum Order Value; however orders under $100 will attract a freight charge of $10 to destinations within Australia.

Orders over $100 will be delivered Freight Free within Australia.

Overseas customers can apply for an Online Account to view pricing and stock availability however online ordering is only available to customers within Australia at this time.  Overseas orders can still be emailed or faxed to us for processing.  Freight costs will be advised at the time you order is placed.

All prices shown on the website for goods and freight are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to 10% GST (for accounts within Australia).

Credit Claims and/or Returns must be communicated and approved by our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

This website uses 128-bit secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption, which ensures that the information abour your order remains secure between your computer and our web server.  Before entering any confidential information, such as your credit card number, you should always ensure that the URL in your web browser begins with https:// and that your browser is in secure mode - usually indicated by the presence of a small padlock icon.

Account Customers

As we are a Wholesaler we can only sell to a registered business (e.g. with a valid business registration or an ABN).

If you would prefer to apply for a 30 Day Trading Account you need to complete the Application to Trade and fax it to us.  Our standard payment terms for Account Customers are 30 days from Invoice date.

When establishing a 30 Day Trading Account, all Trade References will be checked and you will be notified of the status of your application within 7 business days.  While your application is being processed you may raise orders on a payment prior to dispatch basis.

Payment can be mady by Cash, Cheque, Visa or Mastercard.  You can also make a direct deposit into our bank account.  Please contact our Customer Service Team for the account details.

One invoice is created for each shipment on an order.
