Does Ribtex and Value Craft sell to the public?
Ribtex and Value Craft are Wholesale companies. We do not sell directly to the public.
Where can I buy your products if I don't have a business?
Ribtex products are sold at Spotlight stores.
Value Craft products are sold at a large range of bargain stores around Australia.
We also stock a selected range of prodcuts at a retail price on our sister website Arbee Craft https://www.arbee.com.au/
I'm from overseas. Can I create an account with you?
At this stage we only ship to Australian and New Zealand addresses.
I cannot see the price to purchase
To see our prices you must have an account that has been approved and be logged in.
I cannot add products into my cart
To add items to your account you must have an account that has been approved and be logged in.
Do you have a minimum spend?
No, spend as little or as much as you want!
A flat freight fee of $20 will be charged for any order within Australia no matter how much you order.
A flat freight fee of $25 will be charged for any order to New Zealand. However our Customer Service team may be in touch after your order is packed if the freight will exceed $25.
Does Ribtex and Value Craft have a showroom?
On special request customers can come to the office to view a showroom of current products. You must make an appoitment for this by contacting customer service via sales@valuebrands.com.au
Can I visit the office to shop?
We ask that all customers place their orders online.
There is an on-site clearance shop that stocks deleted items from Arbee Craft, Ribtex and Value Craft that is open to the public. Please note this shop only stocks clearance items. If there is something in particular you require, please order online as it might not be available in the clearance shop.
Shop address: Gate B, 48-58 Overseas Drive, Noble Park North, VIC 3174.
Shop hours: 10am - 2pm Tuesday to Thursday.

Do prices on your website include GST?
No, all the prices on our website are excluding GST.
Can I pick up my order from Ribtex / Value Craft?
Yes, at the check out stage of your order there is an option to 'pick up from the warehouse'. This will remove the freight cost from your order. You will receive an email from us advising when your order is ready for pick up. In most circumstances you will receive an email within two business days confirming your order is ready for pick up. Please check your junk email folder in case it makes its way there!
Office opening hours for order collection are 10am - 2pm Tuesday to Thursday.
Order Turn Around
Orders are generally picked and despatched within 3-5 working days of receiving. During peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer. If your order is very urgent, please type this in the comment section located at the check out stage of your order and every endeavour will be made to despatch within two days.
What are your jewellery items made out of?
All of our jewellery products are made out of a non toxic Metal Alloy. We are unable to be more specific than this as the supplier can change between orders.
If you are after a higher quality item, Ribtex sell a Sterling Silver range that can be found by typing 'Sterling Silver' into the search bar at the top of any page.
Difference between 'Crystal' and 'Crystal AB'? (Also 'White' and 'White AB' or 'Black' and 'Black AB')
'Crystal' is a clear crystal colour and has no colour through it.
'Crystal AB' is the same bead as Crystal, however it has a coating which relfects light off the face of the bead to show a rainbow effect. This stands for Aurora Borealis.
