Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to pack your order. This timeframe may change depending on the quantity and items ordered. Please trust that we always do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive tracking information via an email.

Freight Options

We ship orders within Australia using a Courier Service. 
We ship orders to New Zealand using Australia Post.
We also have a pick up option for customers who would prefer to collect from our warehouse directly. 

Pick up location is our warehouse: 48-58 Overseas Drive (Gate B), Noble Park North VIC 3174
Opening times for order collection are; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 2pm.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimate shipping times in Australia:
• Melbourne : 1-3 Business Days
• Sydney, Adelaide Metropolitan area : 2-5 Business Days
• Brisbane Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast : 5-7 Business Days
• Perth Metropolitan area : 10-15 Business Days
• All other areas : 7-10 Business Days

If your order hasn't arrived in the specified timeframe, please allow 2 additional business days for late delivery before contacting us.

We always do our best to get our customer’s orders dispatched as quick as possible. During peak and busy holiday periods, we are unable to guarantee delivery within the above estimated time frames.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders above:
Victoria - $800
New South Wales / ACT - $1,300
Queensland - $1,500
South Australia - $1,200
Western Australia - $1,800
Tasmania - $1,800
Northern Territory - $1,800
All orders below these amounts will incur a $20 freight fee.

All orders to be delivered to New Zealand will be charged a flat fee of $30. If the packed order for New Zealand requires a higher freight fee we will be in contact to collect further payment. 

Sales & Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
